I am disabled I received the new android phone and it # was transferred 3 monthsago I do not and never did I have a voice mail service because the phones will only ring 4 times and go t voice mail always refused this opt now that I have this phone everyday or every nite it goes to voice mail I call and speak to someone everyday to turn it off an they say problem fixed so sorry WELL THE PROBLEM CONTENUSE EVERY SINGLE DAY I TALK WITH OPERATERS AND SUPERVISERS THEY HAVE BECOME THE BIGGEST IDIOTS GOING THEY SAY ITS FIX IT IS NOT AM I SUPPOSE TO HOLD MY PHONE ALL DAY AND NITE I HAVE NO LEGS I CANT GET IT AND IF I HAD VOICE MAIL I WOULD WASTE ALL MY FREE MINITES TO GET MESSAGES YES I AM SO PISSED OFF I HAVE HAD THE MAIL SHUT OFF 56 TIMES THIS IS NO LIE 56 TIMES AND THEY STILL CANT HELP WITH THIS ENTIRE COMPANY OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE I CANT GET ONE SIMPLE PROBLEM FIXED I HOPE MY GOVT DOES NOT PAY THEM FOR THIS SERVICE THAT I REALLY NEED THEY SHOULD NOT GET PAID TILL OUR GOVT LOKS AT THE PROBLEMS AND START CUTTING PAY CHECKS HALF THE PAY FOR HALF THE JOB YOU CAN CALL ME IF YOU WANT ANY BODY IS WELLCOME TO CALL DAY OR NITE WATCH IT GO TO MAIL DONT EVEN HAVE A PASSWORD TO RETRIEVE THE MAIL CALL ME 631 887 9900 TELL ME YOUR PROBLEMS IS THERE SOMEONE ELSE WE CAN CALL FOR COMPLIANTS THESE PEPOLE HAVE TO MUCH CONTROL AND DONT GIVE A *** THANKS PISSED OF ON LONG ISLAND NEW YORK

This is ludicrous.They are the worst telephone company on the planet.The government needs to stop sending the tax payers money to the Philippine's Call Center.

Assurance receives approximately $9.00 a month for each client. Yep, $108 a year for each client.

And although Assurance Hopeless services North America, most who are employed at that call center can not Read, Write, or Speak, English sufficiently. I really think that they should be shut down.

Fortunately, they're other companies that you can call that will service you better. Google and get a list. Not all are as horrible as Assurance Hopeless.

I have contacted my attorney general, the BBB and others to complain about this company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: SHUT Down Philippine Call Center or the whole company.. I didn't like: Customer service.
